Tommy February is a creation of Tomoko Kawase, former lead singer of Japanese band The Brilliant Green. I had several people tell me I looked like her (???), so I started looking into her music. I loved it, and I thought Tommy February was SOOOO cute. I especially liked her outfit in the LOVE IS FOREVER video, which you can view Right Here. I was surprised at how many people recognized me in this costume!
